Inspired by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/humans.esrf.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\">the portraits created by ESRF<\/a>, this project is a tribute to the professionals who make TBI a place of innovation and collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>Through portraits of its staff, \u201cHumans of TBI\u201d recounts the diverse backgrounds of scientists, engineers, technicians and administrative staff, all united by a common passion for research and scientific advancement. This blog aims to give everyone a voice, reflecting the wealth of human experiences that shape our working environment.<\/p>\n<p>When we launched the project, we wanted to select the \u201cHumans\u201d in full collaboration with our teams.
